Terms and Conditions
- Emirates, Trading as Arabian Adventures, PO Box 7631, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us” or “our”) provides tours, safaris, transportation and other activities (“Activities”) to participants (“you” or “your”) either itself or through its suppliers.
- Vouchers and Tickets - Any sales vouchers and all other tickets and coupons issued in respect of the Activities are furnished and issued subject in all respects to these Conditions of Contract and to any and all terms and conditions of the owners, operators, public carriers and such other persons who provide Activities to you. Copies of such terms and conditions are available on request. The purchase of a voucher or the making of a booking entitling you to participate in an Activity shall be deemed to constitute your consent and acceptance of these Conditions of Contract.
- Forms of Payment - We accept major credit cards. Your credit card will be debited when you click the "PAY NOW" button. If you do not have a credit card, you may choose to pay with one of the alternative payment methods that may be offered to you on the payment page of the online booking process. By using a credit/debit card or other method of payment, you agree that you are authorised to do so, and that the card or account holder name provided during the online booking process is correct. In extenuating circumstances related to fraud prevention, Arabian Adventures reserves the right to verify the card used to pay for a booking made online by requiring the card to be presented at check in.
- For Credit card Payment, the merchant of record, displayed on your bank statement, will be “Arabian Adventures”.
- For Apple Pay, the merchant of record, displayed on your bank statement, will be as “dnata”. - Local Currency - Displayed for reference only; final payment will be charged in AED. Your local bank may apply additional charges for currency conversion.
- Modifications and Cancellations - If you modify or cancel a Booking, the cancellation conditions stated on the Website in respect of such Product will apply. We advise users to carefully read the information displayed on the Website in the Product description, defined in the “Cancellation Policy”.
All change requests shall be processed by Arabian Adventures subject to the availability and agreement of the applicable Supplier. Arabian Adventures does not guarantee the success of any change request. If the Supplier is unwilling or unable to accept such change request, your right to a refund (if any) shall be governed by the cancellation terms of your Booking.
Occasionally, a Supplier may make a change to a Product after purchase, including but not limited to the date, price, inclusions, coverage, age requirements, and/or other features. Arabian Adventures reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any Product at any time. If a change is material (e.g., change in dates or itinerary), and you are dissatisfied with the alternative offered, you will be entitled to a full refund.
Failure to turn up at the designated location for an activity by the specified departure time shall be classed as a “no show”. No refund will be issued in this scenario. - Supplier-led Cancellations - We reserve the right to cancel, alter, or omit any part of an Activity without notice. Delays and cancellations may occur due to factors beyond our or our suppliers' control, such as weather, accidents, sickness, governmental restrictions, and other force majeure events. Refunds or partial refunds may be issued at our discretion and/or that of the supplier.
- Risk Acceptance - You acknowledge and accept the potential risks involved in certain Activities. You are responsible for ensuring that you are mentally and physically capable of participating. You must comply with the instructions of any personnel providing the Activity (“Leader”). If, in the Leader’s opinion, your behavior or condition endangers the group, you may be asked to withdraw from the Activity without a refund.
- Indemnity - Some Activities may be hazardous. Arabian Adventures and its suppliers use expertise to minimize risks. However, if you participate in high-risk Activities or against the Leader’s recommendation, you may be required to sign an indemnity and waiver form in English before participating.
- Third Party Operators - Where Activities are provided by third parties, or a voucher entitles you to a ticket for an event, we act solely as an agent for the operator or event organizer. Their terms and conditions apply, and refunds are subject to their policies. We are not responsible for any acts, omissions, or negligence of third-party operators, event organizers, or their agents.
- Travel Insurance - Arabian Adventures accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, accident, sickness, injury, or death arising from Activities. You are advised to obtain comprehensive travel and health insurance. Personal belongings are carried at your own risk.
- Purchase Agreement - Except as expressly permitted, purchased services/travel products are non-transferable and cannot be resold, encashed, or used for commercial/promotional purposes.
- Promotional Offers - Promotional offers cannot be combined with any other offer. Only one promotion can be used at a time. Promotional codes may be used for multiple purchases if specified.
- Create your account - Discounts for creating an account cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion.
- Lost and Found - Personal possessions left behind will be kept for 3 months, after which they will be disposed of responsibly.
- Governing Laws - These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the national courts of Dubai.
