Know before you go
- Mobile Phones: Not allowed during the zipline experience.
- Dress Code: Wear comfortable clothing and closed shoes. No skirts, dresses, flip-flops, or loose footwear. Hair should be tied up, and large accessories (earrings, bracelets, superhero capes) should be left at home.
- Height Restrictions: Participants must be taller than 130cm.
- Weight Restrictions: Participants must weigh between 45kg and 100kg.
- Health Restrictions: This experience is not suitable for pregnant women.
- Medical Condition: Participants must be in good medical condition.
- Rebooking Policy: Only permitted if weather conditions prevent the XLine from operating.
- Refund Policy: Refunds will only be issued if:
- Other operational reasons prevent the XLine from operating.
- Circumstances beyond XDubai’s control require an indefinite closure of the XLine.
- Identification: The guest's name must match the passport. Guests are required to bring a copy of their passport upon arrival.
- Arrival Time: Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes before the appointment time. Late arrivals will be on standby and rescheduled based on availability.
- Medical Conditions: XLine will not accept guests with serious medical conditions.
- Photos & Videos: Digitally edited photos and videos are included in the package. Emails are collected at the location, and media is sent within 48 hours to the provided email.
- Age Restrictions: Ages 12-65. Parental consent is required in person for participants under 18 years old. Riders aged 12-16 must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
- Meeting & Check-in Point: XLine booth at Dubai Marina Mall, Level P. No shuttle service is provided. Guests can take the metro (Marina Mall Metro Station) or a taxi. Parking is available at the mall.
