- Rescheduling is possible up to 5 days in advance.
- Bookings made 14 days in advance are subject to re-confirmation if a private event is booked for the full venue. In such cases, alternative dates or refunds will be offered.

- Guests must be at least 21 years old.
- Age Policy:
- After 7 PM, guests below 21 years old are not allowed access to AURA.
- Proof of identification is required. Failure to provide valid ID may result in refused entry without any refund.
- Menu & Food Policy:
