Know before you go
- Dress Code: Resort Casual. Sleeveless t-shirts, swimwear, flip-flops, and sport shorts are not allowed.
- Parking: Complimentary valet parking is available whilst dining at Atlantis.
- Promotions: Discounts or vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with an existing promotion, theme, brunch, event, or special occasion.
- Reservation Policy: Guests are requested to inform the restaurant if they will be more than 15 minutes late by calling +971 4 426 2626. The restaurant may re-allocate the reservation depending on availability.
- Confirmation: For convenience, it is recommended to keep a note of your confirmation number with you.
- Luggage Policy: As per resort policy, big luggage is not allowed inside the restaurant and cannot be stored at the venue. Luggage can only be kept at the hotel reception for hotel guests. Guests not staying at Atlantis will not be able to store their bags.
Cancellation policy
- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before booked date. Late cancellations and no-shows will be fully charged.
